To all you first-gen superstars out there, I want you to keep your head up! I know that it may seem difficult being a person trying to make an impact in this world. However, it doesn’t have to be so difficult because there’s no better time to advocate for change than now. People are achieving this change through non-profit work, which is what this conversation will deal with.
