Summer in the City: A Theology of the Altar - Ryan Kim

In this message from 1 Peter 2:1–10, we explore the biblical theology of the altar and discover how God's people have always encountered Him through lives of worship and surrender. From the sacrifices of the Old Testament to Jesus' once-for-all sacrifice on the cross, this sermon reveals that believers are now called to offer their entire lives as living sacrifices to Christ. As Banner Church prepares for a season of prayer, fasting, and believing for miracles, this message challenges us to move from consumer Christianity to wholehearted devotion with Jesus at the center.Be encouraged to lay down whatever is keeping you from God and trust that when we seek Him, He faithfully meets us.
