Summer in the City: Team Teach - Part 2

Team Teach Sunday continued with four new voices from Banner's serve team unpacking our four core values: PRESENCE, HOME, FREEDOM, and KINGDOM. Jose, from the worship team, shared on God's presence from Psalm 27, teaching that it must be our greatest desire and requires active pursuit through worship, prayer, and Scripture. Austin spoke on being a home that looks like heaven from John 13, focusing on what it means to love one another practically through hospitality, honoring words, and unconditional love. Janelle taught on freedom in Christ from Colossians 1, using her move to Hawaii as a picture of being "rescued and transferred" into God's kingdom as sons and daughters, and Hunter closed on building God's kingdom together from Matthew 28, encouraging everyone to make disciples right where they already are.
