Summer is Coming

We invite you to this coming week’s message of “GoodTheology,” a podcast ministry of the GoodTheology project—a mission of ministry to seek, sow, and spread God’s kingdom of love here on Earth. We cannot wait for someone else to do later what God has already called us to do here and now. To learn more about the GoodTheology project, visit us online at GoodTheology.life. Prayer to Center ourselves and our intentions: Almighty and Everlasting God: Our Ears to hear you. Our Eyes to see you. Our Behavior to share you. Glory be to you God, Source of All Being, Incarnate Word, and Holy Spirit: as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. Scripture for this Episode: Mark, chapter 13, verses 28 to 32. Using the Common English Bible translation, Jesus said, “Learn this parable from the fig tree. After its branch becomes tender and it sprouts new leaves, you know that summer is near. In the same way, when you see these things happening, you know that he’s near, at the door. I assure you that this generation won’t pass away until all these things happen. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will certainly not pass away. “But nobody knows when that day or hour will come, not the angels in heaven and not the Son. Only the Father knows."
