Because of our experiences, we all have different definitions of love. Is the feeling of sweaty palms and rapid heartbeat when your crush walks in the room? Is it the love of a parent as they hold their newborn? Perhaps it is the great pain, great betrayal, and great loss of broken love. Our experiences cloud our perception of love, but the Bible makes it clear. Love is not what we think or feel, it is found in the very action of God to save humanity through Jesus. Love is sacrifice.
