Summer Playlist: Week 2
from North Metro Church
Have you ever felt forgotten, abandoned, or distant from God? In this powerful Father's Day message, Pastor Matt shares a childhood story of being accidentally left behind during a family move—a moment that left him feeling alone, helpless, and forgotten. But that story becomes a doorway into a much greater truth: God is not a distant Father. He is the perfect Father who pursues, protects, adopts, and loves His children with relentless compassion. Through Scripture and personal stories of adoption, foster care, and fatherhood, this sermon reveals the heart of God from Genesis to the cross. Discover what it means to be chosen, accepted, and deeply loved—not because of what you've done, but because of who God is. If you've struggled to trust God because of painful experiences with earthly parents, this message offers healing, hope, and a fresh vision of the Father's love.
