Summer Series: Eyes on the Prize | Chris Bullock

As we begin a new year we often ask ourselves - where is our focus? What do we want to do 'better' this year? Is it a New Year’s resolution? Getting fit? Losing weight? Less screen time? In this sermon, guest speaker Chris Bullock takes a different spin on New Year's resolutions, as she looks to the resolutions of the Apostle Paul – letting go of what lies behind and looking forward to what lies ahead. What is God calling you to in 2022? About Chris: Chris is married to Rob Bullock, and they have three grown kids, two children in law and three grandchildren. They moved to Toowoomba from Brisbane early last year as all the kids moved to Toowoomba, and made HumeRidge their Church home. Chris recently completed a Master of Divinity, and she is releasing her first book early next year – Diamonds from the King - which is a book of reflections on ways that God has worked in her life. Chris is passionate about helping people develop a more intimate relationship with God, and she loves Mission and Cross-cultural engagement. Chris has walked with God since she was a little girl and loves the way that life with God always has new adventures and things to learn – it’s never boring, though it can certainly have its challenges!
