Summer Stories: Finlay Donovan Bestselling Author Elle Cosimano on In Her Words

In this week's bonus episode for our Summer Stories series, we are featuring Elle Cosimano, a New York Times and USA Today bestselling author, an International Thriller Award winner, a Bram Stoker Award finalist, and an Edgar® Award nominee. Last October, we sat down with Elle Cosimano to discuss her latest book, 'Finlay Donovan, Rolls the Dice,' which became a New York Times bestseller, and her upcoming fifth book in the Finlay Donovan series, 'Finlay Donovan Digs Her Own Grave.' Elle shares her inspiration for the series, her writing process, and her thoughts on the importance of representation in literature. She emphasizes the need for diverse voices in the literary world and how her series aims to provide a platform for underrepresented characters. In Her Words presents thoughtful conversations with leaders across entertainment from film and television to media and gaming and everything in between; as we talk about what it takes to make your mark in the industry, lessons these incredible people have learned along the way, and how they have found their way in an ever-changing environment. With in-depth conversations and pre-submitted listener questions, each episode provides candid advice for navigating today’s entertainment industry, giving listeners an inside look at how key players got their start, and guidance for building the necessary toolkit to bring careers to life in film, TV, music, theater, graphics, writing, animation and beyond.
