Summer Story Series - the Simple Pin Team

To wrap up our story series I wanted to highlight those who make this company run. The woman who show up every day to manage accounts, manage teams, market the company, test out the theories, and continue to contribute their time and talents to make this agency run. I thought about how this would be received by you the listener. Would you care? Is it interesting? Are you curious? My first thought was…eh, not sure. My second thought was, but this is the story of how this company works, why this podcast exists, why we keep innovating on Pinterest marketing strategy. It’s the “why” and the “how” that most people never see. Frankly, this idea came to mind while I was falling asleep. I had been searching for someone to interview for our last story series podcast and this idea popped up. I started to recount all the people on my team, their years of experience, their stories, and the way in which they have all stayed here despite the ups and downs of the last 3 years or so.
