The Orlando Magic are off to Las Vegas as they prepare for their Summer League opener on Thursday. This Summer League feels different than previous seasons despite the lack of young players and impactful rookies on the roster. This Summer League will give the Magic their first look at their new coaching staff and the kind of team they want to be. They will also get to see progress from young players like Jase Richardson and Noah Penda as they try to crack the Magic's regular rotation. They will get their chance.
