Summer United, Week Eight

18 Wives, submit to your husbands, as is fitting for those who belong to the Lord. 19 Husbands, love your wives and never treat them harshly. 20 Children, always obey your parents, for this pleases the Lord. 21 Fathers, do not aggravate your children, or they will become discouraged. Colossians 3:18-21 (NLT) 22-24 Servants, do what you're told by your earthly masters. And don't just do the minimum that will get you by. Do your best. Work from the heart for your real Master, for God, confident that you'll get paid in full when you come into your inheritance. Keep in mind always that the ultimate Master you're serving is Christ. Colossians 3:18-24 (MSG) Masters, provide your slaves with what is right and fair, because you know that you also have a Master in heaven. Colossians 4:1 (NIV) 25 Anyone who does wrong will be repaid for their wrongs, and there is no favoritism. 24 since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward.  It is the Lord Christ you are serving. Colossians 3:25-24 (NIV)
