Director Don Josephus Raphael Eblahan and producer Hannah Schierbeek share the importance of indigenous Filipino stories being represented in cinema, the disconnect between modern living and the environment, and how they were at the mercy of mother nature in the Cordillera mountains.Rains Over Babel is an exciting feature length film that brings Dante's Inferno into a tropical steam punk world inspired by Cali, Colombia.
