Growing TOGETHER in Grace and Truth God wants us to be Unified Together It is important to Him It is important For Him What will it take for us to give God what he wants? 3 Requirements for us to live in unity.  7 more next week 1. Presence of God - John 17:22-23 - The glory that you have given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one, I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me. 2. Recognize the NEED - 1 Corinthians 12:21 - The eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you,” nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you".  We need one another 3. Effort - Ephesians 4:3 - eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. What is the base for our unity? What is our Common  Union? Ephesians 2:16-17 - and might reconcile us both to God in one body through the cross, thereby killing the hostility. And he came and preached peace to you who were far off and peace to those who were near.
