LIFE - Sermon 47 Last week's Life Point: God often reveals Himself in our most fragile states. Gen. 45:4-7 Just because WE don't have an answer, doesn't mean God's not in it; and He doesn't have a good purpose for it. Just because WE don't see the purpose, doesn't mean God doesn't have one. Life Point: If God can use the pain and suffering of Jesus to bring life to you, he can use your pain and suffering too. 2 Cor 4 (ESV) Truths and Promises to NEVER Forget: Jesus, Himself, is worth it all. (Phil 3:8-16 ESV) Jesus is preparing a place for us. (John 14; 1 Col 2:9) God cannot lie (Heb. 6:13-20 ESV) God is eternal (Ps. 90:2) God is just. (Rom. 3:21-26 ESV) God is love. (1 John 4) God is concerned about saving those destined for hell; and not our temporal comfort. (2 Peter 3:9) Gen. 45:8 James 4:17 (ESV) Rom. 5:20-6:2 We must stand on truth, and not our human experience, to maintain right perspective about life.
