Sunday April 28th - Power of The Blood: A Tribe of People

This week Pastor David continues the theme of the Power of the Blood. The Blood of Jesus has provided salvation, but it also provides an entrance to a tribe of people and a community. Unfortunately, the depth of this reality is often overlooked. As the famous theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer stated: “The person who loves their dream of community will destroy community, but the person who loves those around them will create community.” This week let us learn how the Lord paid the ultimate price for union with Him, but also, community with each other. “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light…” 1 Peter 2:9
