Sunday, December 30, 2018 -Do Something in 2019

As the new year approaches, we take a look at all we have worked toward for God's kingdom. Whether we are involved in trips, projects or directly discipling someone, we are called to do all things for the glory of God. Jesus teaches in this passage, if anyone truly believes in Him and seeks to serve Him, they will do the things He has done.  Working for Christ is not the same as just being busy. When we seek the heart of God and pray for His will to be done here just like it is in Heaven, we work toward showing the world who He is, with no recognition for ourselves. Our life will bear the fruit of a transformed heart striving to please Christ, not the world or even ourselves. We are called to continue the work of Jesus.
