Sunday Eunoia – Position Change Breathing

Take a moment with me, to just be together. Not to reflect on the week that has past, or to spend too much time thinking about the week to come. Someone asked me what my favourite book was on Patreon, and I gave a less than complete answer, though I did share that I’m currently reading “Mad House at the End of the Earth”. I plan to finish that up, sitting in a comfy chair, outside a yurt, on the side of a hill! I will be back Tuesday morning.
