Sunday Sessions: Faith, Family, and the Stage - Jarius Miquel Cliett’s Journey to The Book of Mormon

In this Sunday Session, Miguel sits down with multi-hyphenate artist, Jarius Miquel Cliett, who plays Mafala Hatimbi in The Book of Mormon, coming to Charlotte this August. The two connect as Black men in the entertainment industry, discussing the unique challenges they’ve faced and the strength it takes to keep showing up with authenticity. Jarius opens up about the personal struggles he’s overcome and the role his family has played in fueling his success in theater. It’s a powerful, honest, and inspiring conversation about identity, passion, and what it means to make space for yourself on and off the stage.
