"Sundowning"

One of the more frustrating things facing caregivers of dementia patients is "Sundowning." For many caregivers and their oved ones with dementia, the day seems to be going along with minimal bumps ...until evening and then it all falls apart.  Raging, swearing, arguing, and exacerbated symptoms overtake seem to overtake everyone involved.
