Despite the high humidity at 95%, which might make the air feel more chill, the apparent temperature is holding at about 7.1 degrees. It’s a perfect day to dress in layers and enjoy the sunshine!   On the roads, motorists might face some challenges this morning. There’s congestion on the M4 Motorway near Clyde thanks to a vehicle breakdown at the James Ruse Drive on-ramp, impacting traffic across three of the four lanes. Additionally, north on the M5, a multi-vehicle incident has blocked two lanes near the M7 interchange, causing considerable delays. Emergency and Motorway crews are present at both locations, striving to clear the incidents as quickly as possible.   For train commuters, the news is positive. All Sydney train lines are reported to be operating smoothly and on schedule.
