1950's Billy Wilder masterpiece Sunset Blvd is already beloved by film fans around the world. Mike is delighted to have this opportunity to introduce Allyson to this fairly controversial for its time film about the dark side of Hollywood and the disposable nature of fame. Sunset Blvd stars William Holden, Gloria Swanson, and Nancy Olson. It also features real life legendary directors Cecil B DeMille and Erich von Stroheim in pretty substantial roles. Oh yeah, and super serious cop actor Jack Webb as a goofy assistant director.
