Sunset Grooves Podcast #150 - Funky Chap b2b Atropos

Sunset Grooves began 6 years ago and back then the idea of having 10 mixes was already an achievement.... we are now at Number 150 and the talent that has passed through this podcast is unbelievable with so many artists who were not necessarily known when they made their mix for Sunset, but are know headlining events is so dope to see! https://soundcloud.com/funky-chap is proud and inspired! For this special 150th edition it is an absolute pleasure to have done a b2b with the wonderful https://soundcloud.com/atroposvibes . To put you in context, we literally began this mix while the sun was setting and finished well into the dark! A musical journey of all sorts of sub genres and references starting off at 92bpm and finishing at 119bpm. It wasn't easy finding our bearings at the beginning but we then found the flow, the mojo, THAT vibe and just kept on giving! The mix is by no means perfect, but the imperfections is what makes this set a sunset grooves musical experience and a real b2b! Not afraid to try out tracks we had never played or even thought about putting together. Hopefully we can show you the "making of" video as we laughed and danced like mad men who love music!
