Super Dad Keith Russell from Navan

Keith Russell came to our attention when he decided to run the gruelling Dublin city marathon while pushing his daughter Alanna in her wheelchair. Alanna was born with spastic quadriplegic cerebal palsy and suffered a lot of health difficulties in her short life. She sadly passed away in 2017 but instead of allowing the grief to swallow him up, super dad Keith Russell decided to keep running, raising much needed money for the Meadows Respite service to help families like theirs.
