'Super El Niño' and rising sea temps anticipated to deliver a wet winter

With hot weather headed our way this weekend, it's hard to wrap your brain around rain and flooding, but that's what the latest weather models are predicting for California this winter. Three central California Counties have submitted disaster declaration requests - anticipating a horrible pistachio crop this year. More than a dozen people have been displaced by a fast moving fire in a San Francisco apartment building early this morning.
