It's not a very nice energy but on the positive side, it is an ideal time to be firm and speak your mind. When Mercury opposes Saturn, people tend to get serious or to have those difficult conversations. Mercury is all about communication and Saturn is about difficulties - put them together in the Full Moon and you get a chance to have those difficult conversations you may have been putting off.Focus on speaking your truth while not hurting the person you are talking to if you possibly can. Be mindful of the impact your words are having on someone else.Get in a strong mindset. Meditate, meditate, meditate! It can help you get mentally balanced.Try to use some humor to diffuse the situation. There's also a very lovely Mars in the sign of Virgo making a Trine aspect to Jupiter the sign of Taurus - it will happen literally hours after the Full Moon.
