Super stretch ahead, and tracking Francine

We're in for a super pleasant September stretch with no rain in sight and a gradual warm-up. Lee Goldberg says we'll see plenty of sunshine on Tuesday with low humidity, and we could stay dry for an extended stretch. Lee also tracks Francine, which is expected to become a Category 2 hurricane. Francine is tracking toward the Louisiana coast, and is expected to make landfall sometime Wednesday.
