We might remember the carnage we were dished up in Round 18 last season. We had Nic Martin ruled out with an ACL, The Hornbag another whose season was cut short due to a fractured foot, Xerri copping a 3 week suspension, Touk Touk a 2 week hammy, and Connor Rozee a broken hand after being a popular trade in.Well, we may dub it the Round 18 curse from here on out, as we had Butters injuring his ankle and now ruled out until Round 24 - that is, if he even returns at all - and Bailey Dale copping a shoulder injury that’ll see him on the sidelines for 5 weeks. And to rub salt into the wound, we also have the Hornbag we’ll need to cover for a week with a rookie off the bench due to his suspension.With trades dwindling, it’s just another reminder to hold onto those you have and resist the temptation to make those luxury trades just yet. We have 6 rounds remaining, and another 2 before we dive into SC Finals.
