She holds an MBA from Wits Business School and studied Metallurgical Engineering at Wits for her undergraduate. She shared insights from her leadership journey, especially succeeding in a male-dominated environment (reflecting on her 7 years at De Beers), how she manages to do everything given her demanding consulting job.
