And on today’s virtual interview we discussed how you can lead effectively in the crucible of the storms we find ourselves in. She draws lessons from the many challenges mountaineers face when they summit high altitude mountains. She recommended Starting with Why by Simon Sinek and gave a fantastic challenge.
