SUPERVISOR MAGSIG: The reasoning behind the Supes decision to sue California over AB1923

By a 3-2 vote the Fresno County Board of Supervisors are suing the state of California and Fresno County Registrar of Voters James Kus over the passage of AB1923.  The bill forces the "Better Roads, Safer Streets" measure on to the November ballot.  They call it an unconstitutional power grab by the state.  Stan calls in and Blake reads him the riot act.  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
