Supervisor race heads to run off; push to reform state environmental law

The results are in from Tuesday's special primary election to fill the empty County Board of Supervisors seat for District 1. Chula Vista Mayor John McCann and Imperial Beach Mayor Paloma Aguirre both advanced to a runoff in July.
