What a beautiful and authentic conversation with Maria-Katarina Johannesson, who is a first time Mom and building her business. Maria broke down the technical jargon that sometimes stops us from moving forward in our business - back links, digital PR and the like, Maria simplified it in her introduction by asking one important question " What kind of people are interested in your services or products"? Having a good understanding of your target audience helps you to have a clear direction on making more leads, sales and profits, but behind all of these is the human connection, allowing your clients and customers to get to know you. And that is exactly what Maria did today, She showed up as a new Mom sharing her skills and services in supporting other business owners, but also as a Mom that has different priorities and finding a work life balance is not always that easy. We leaned into this a little more and spoke of finding support systems - not just for being a new Mom, but also as a business owner.
