Support the Support

You know the saying “check on your strong friends”? Well, Phoenix Ash is flipping that on its head and putting a spotlight on something even bigger — supporting the whole damn support system! In this episode of Life as P..., she’s getting real about what it takes to truly show up for the people who always show up for you. From family drama to community bonds, from relationship real talk to personal stories that hit home — Phoenix breaks down why black and brown communities can’t afford to just assume someone’s okay because they look like they got it together. The cycle of support isn’t a one-way street — it’s a whole ecosystem. And if you want to keep your circle solid, you’ve got to invest in it. So, grab a seat, hit play, and find out why being a good friend is about way more than just sending a “you good?” text.
