Supporting Artist Chris Hemmings

In this episode, our guest has appeared in more than 30 films and television series’, alongside such Hollywood luminaries as Jason Statham, Sylvester Stallone and Dolph Lundgren. He’s been in numerous commercials ranging from sci-fi, action and adventure to costume dramas and has even made it into the Harry Potter movies! And yet, many of the A listers wouldn't know his name or even remember him. Chris Hemmings is what they call in the business, a Supporting Artist, or to give it its more commonly used title, a film extra. Chris gives us the low down on the SA world within the UK and tell us what it’s like to be on set with big name actors and movie stars. He’s a great storyteller, and will keep you hooked with amusing anecdotes of miss steps and mayhem caused by other 'over enthusiastic' supporting artists. He also talks about his experience starring in a Belgium TV commercial. Oh, and did we mention he’s got a fantastic voice over voice and a moustache that makes him look like Lord Kitchener?
