Curtis talks about why starting an initiative like Day1Dads was so important for him and why he believes there is tons of value for initiatives like this one and others. Curtis also shares his own approach when working with his staff regarding their mental health and providing support. Curtis also shares some new events that will be coming up in 2022 with DAY1DADS including a charity poker event and golf tournament.
