Supporting Other Women

This week, I had time to reflect on the work I am doing and planning for my future.  Having an impact on the world continues to be a goal of mine...and knowing I cannot change the world completely, I can take small steps to making it a better place for those who work with or connect with me.  As I transition from working mainly in the world of education, I find that connecting with amazing women not only inspires me, but gives me hope that one day all of us women working together can definitely impact all of our futures. Supporting other women is not always something that we do as women.  As kids, teenagers, and even young women, we sometimes feel we have to be in competition with each other.  Even as we age and find our true place in the world, some continue on this path.  But, what if we changed that thought?  What if we believed that supporting each other, building each other up, would have an impact on the world...think about what kind of place we would live in each day!  I share my thoughts on this in this week's episode!  I hope you enjoy!
