00:00 Supreme Court things are kind of interesting. They really are. um You have to have five judges giving the majority opinion. Then you have to have what is called the dissenting opinion. All right? Now dissenting opinion, that's not legally binding in any way. They don't change the outcome. 00:27 But what the liberal judges are doing, there's a bill, not a bill, sorry. There was a case in the Supreme Court and it talked about redistricting. And it talked about doing away with race-based districts, just like Jim Clyburn's district, all right? I didn't even know that was a thing. 00:55 that you can just gerrymander a district based on race. Or, and this is what really shocked me, language. 01:06 you could gerrymander your own district. This is no joke. If you've got a, let's say there's a 01:16 I don't know, an area in Greenville, no, an area in South Carolina and they just like 95 % of the people there spoke Hispanic. You could come in and redistrict and carve out that district just around the boundary where those people just spoke Hispanic. That's literally a thing they get and they do it. They do it a lot. 01:44 So we know about race-based districts. I was kind of surprised at the language-based districts. So now the Supreme Court is getting ready to do away or to say, no, no, that's not right. You can't do that. And that's going to cause a lot of districts like Jim Clyburn's to be redistricted. Hopefully, our state legislature will do that. They could have done that. But I believe Henry McMaster said something to the effect of like, 02:12 He didn't see the point of it. So now you've got that Supreme Court decision and they're getting ready to release that decision. But there's a little thing called the dissent here. And that's where the people that don't agree with the decision, they write their paper on the dissent. 02:46 It doesn't have to be there. The descent doesn't have to be there. That's completely optional. You can ride a descent, but you're not required to. Sometimes some aren't written. 03:01 But in this case, there is a dissent. And these people on the left 03:09 know, Kagan, Sotomayor, Katanji Brown Jackson, they're slow walking this dissent paper. And I mean they're slow walking it so that states aren't going to have time to redistrict. Now, here's the thing, here's the thing, this isn't the first time they've done this.
