Hemant Vithal Kamat and Others, 2021 SCC OnLine SC 565, wherein the Hon’ble Supreme Court discussed Order VII Rule 11 (d) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (in short, “CPC”) that deals with the contingencies under which a Plaint could be rejected by the Trial Court where the suit appears from the statement in the plaint to be barred by any law.
