Supreme Court Upholds Abrogating #Article370 (Part 1)

In this podcast, Kushal speaks with Nikhil Mehra as they discuss the recent judgement by the Supreme Court that confirmed the constitutionality of the abrogation of Article 370. A five-judge panel presided over by Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud determined that the abrogation was legal and that the Article 370 provision was only temporary due to the unique situation in Kashmir. The Supreme Court also stated in its decision that the President's order was not malicious and that Article 370 calls for the unification of Jammu and Kashmir rather than its breakup.
