Can you say it with me? … “To me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain.” Yeah, there it is: “To me, to live (living, life to the fullest) is Christ, and to die is gain.” We’re getting there. Let me come at it this way. Ben and I are drawing some of the big ideas for this series from a book called, “Jesus Manifesto,” by Leonard Sweet and Frank Viola. And, in chapter 6, they pull out a tweet from Twitter. That still sounds funny to me: “Tweeting on Twitter.” Anyway, this guy says, “There is no greater cause that you can give your life to than the cause of Christ.” Now, do you buy that? I know, you feel like you are supposed to, here in church; but do you actually buy that? Is it true? And, is that what Jesus is to you … the greatest cause you can give your life too. Kind of the king of causes? … Is that … enough?
