Surfing the Mind Wave – Pre-Session

from One Mind Live Pre-Session Podcast · host Naomi Janzen and Stephen Fearnley

This episode was originally broadcast Oct 20, 2017 Did you know we are creating our worlds with our words??!! Find out how by listening to this fascinating and fun discussion with Eilish Bouchier that begins her third week with us. Learn from her, along with us, about the meridians in our mouths and how talking can activate them and program our brains and therefore our perception and therefore – our reality!! (Minds BLOWN). And if that isn’t enough to “cook ya chips”, as Steve would say, hear how this relates to spell casting, the purpose of mudras (meditational hand poses) and why “In the beginning there was the word”…is a thing. About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing. It was a fun way to get everyone settled and prepared for the journey to come, as well as a way to connect with us energetically.
