The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on September 3 at 10 a.m., followed by an open house event at 11 a.m. The new facility is located at 12641 W. Santa Fe Dr. in the Original Town Site of Surprise at Hollyhock Street and Santa Fe Drive and will serve the entire Northwest Valley by offering an array of community services all under one roof.
