Surrendering to Emotions and Being Reborn

This week, I'm interviewing one of my coaching clients, Emily, about her journey on a 3-month coaching container with me that's now coming to an end. Emily first chose to work with me when she was post-partum with her third child and felt she was dragging baggage around from the past that she was ready to surrender.
