Let us know how it turned out!*****Garlic Butter Steak Bites and MashCredit: @yummyRecipesIngredients:For the Garlic Butter Steak Bites:1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces4 cloves garlic, minced3 tbsps unsalted butter1 tbsp olive oilSalt and pepper to tasteFresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)Instructions:1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. 2. Season steak bites with salt and pepper.3. Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer (you may need to cook them in batches to avoid overcrowding).  Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.4. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside. 5. In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute, or until the garlic is fragrant and the butter is melted.6. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic butter. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.8. Place a generous scoop of mashed potatoes on each plate. Top with the garlic butter steak bites. 9.
