It is great to be announcing another podcast episode! I made a LinkedIn post (check it out here) last week about why I needed to take a break from my podcast for a few weeks. Throughout the year, I review all of my efforts to see what I should do 'more of' as well as 'less of'. Well, the podcast was one that got the 'less of' vote. I hit pause on it for 6 weeks as it was affecting my mind – when I got great feedback, it went to my ego; or I felt defeated if my downloads decreased from the previous week.
