In March 2014, Jamie was involved in a horrific car accident which resulted in catastrophic injuries and extreme burns to 40% of his body. Jamie and Karen reflect on their journey to recovery and their experience with the hospital system. They are joined on the panel by a number of the healthcare professionals who were involved with Jamie's recovery.  In this discussion, the team reflect on learnings for the future, such as the importance of continuity of care.
