In this interview, Pepi goes into detail about his time inside the controversial Hull Special Unit — a prison experiment where some of the most violent men in Britain were given unusual freedoms, until one of them walked out and ended the experiment overnight. He also speaks openly about surviving some of the harshest conditions the UK prison system can impose, including over two months in a strip cell and years in isolation.
