Susan Collins left her beloved career in homebuilding when the industry hit the skids in 2007 and started a consulting business. When she ran across an ad for The Transition Network, she realized that she was indeed in transition. She joined the Network just as the Philadelphia Chapter was being started, got involved and 5 years ago took the helm of the organization as its Executive Director. Susan's passion is helping women connect. It's through these connections that we realize our value and find ways to stay relevant in today's fast moving world.
