Susan K. Younger, Relationship Architect, has been working with B.A.N.K.® methodology since 2015, she has combined her wide backgrounds and various roles as leader, manager, author, coach, and trainer to solve problems helping others effectively develop interpersonal communication skills important in both business and in life. The CODEBREAKER AI is a valuable tool with the LinkedIn extension she has worked with since 2019. Susan started with a degree in architecture and worked with architects in Iowa before moving to Dallas to work with a retail design firm. For more than a decade she was the Store Planning Director for Broadway Southwest in Arizona. Returning to Dallas in 1995, she worked with design firms, leading teams building and renovating department stores including Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s. The management of several diverse teams while held to high expectations in various industries has given Susan a depth of experience few business leaders acquire. Her book, Simple Living, Simple Food: Life Lessons Learned Dining with Family & Friends was published in 2013, and she has been a contributing author to five other books on leadership and life.
