Suspected mall stabber misses first court appearance

The man accused of stabbing a mall kiosk worker in West Valley City was expected to be in court today for his initial appearance. Prosecutors say Peter Michael Larsen targeted the man purely because of his religious beliefs as a member of the Islamic faith.
